How the fee works.

the rate.: Stated on the call, and in writing before any work. Set so a small business can afford it; the cap is what makes it safe.
build fee, fixed.: Itemized hours at the stated rate, capped in writing. If it takes longer, that is not your problem.
your licenses, at cost.: Every account in your company’s name, billed by the vendors, marked up by nobody.
support in lanes.: Monthly partner, quarterly blocks, or on-demand hours. Change lanes any time with thirty days’ notice. The goal is your independence, not my necessity.

what happens next

within a day.: A reply from me, not a form, with two times that work.
twenty minutes, at most.: You tell me what the business is and where the money comes from. If it is not obvious how I would help, I say so, and you get back to work.
in writing.: If there is a fit: a scope with the fixed fee, the itemized hours, and the cap.
